After-hours pricing: Standard residential lockout $65–$200 → after-hours $150–$300. Auto lockout $75–$200 → after-hours $150–$250. Surcharge of $50–$100 applies between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. and on weekends and holidays. Disclosed before dispatch.

After-hours, weekend, and holiday lockouts run $150 to $300 versus $65 to $200 during standard hours. The premium covers the dispatch and on-call costs. If you can wait until morning (say a garage or shop lockout, not a home or auto emergency), you save the premium.
You can - we monitor the SMS line - but for an active emergency, calling is faster. Voice reaches the dispatcher who can move a tech immediately. Texting routes through a back-and-forth that adds 3 to 5 minutes.
Call the police first if you haven’t. We come right after for hardware: replace damaged cylinders, install reinforced strike plates and long jamb screws, board up broken-out door panels temporarily if a full repair will take a few days to schedule. Insurance often covers the work - we can email a detailed line-item invoice for your claim.
Yes - 24/7/365 means Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, all of them. Holiday dispatch has the same after-hours pricing. Holidays are some of our highest lockout-volume days because of travel, family-home visits, and rental turnovers.
