Ask for our Certificate of Insurance before the truck rolls - we email it on request. Same crew on dispatch as on your doorstep.
Yes. Rekeying replaces the pins inside your existing cylinders so old keys stop turning. We carry pins for all major keyways (Schlage SC1, Kwikset KW1, Weiser WR5, plus most high-security keyways). Full home rekey takes about 30-45 minutes.
Yes. We restore mortise lock bodies (clean, lubricate, replace springs and pins) on Whitefish Bay, St. Francis, Wauwatosa Village, and east-side homes regularly. If the body is genuinely past saving, we can install modern hardware while preserving the original brass face plate and trim where possible.
Yes - Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, and Bluetooth deadbolts from Schlage, Yale, August, Kwikset, Level, and others. We also handle the door-prep work older Milwaukee-metro doors often need (non-standard bore size, deep strike cutout, mortise pocket fill).
Lithium primary batteries lose capacity below about 20°F, and most consumer smart locks use AA alkalines that lose even more. In Milwaukee winters, switch to lithium AAs (Energizer Ultimate Lithium), keep the Wi-Fi bridge close enough that the lock isn't straining the radio, and check whether your model supports an exterior 9V emergency contact (Schlage Encode, Yale Assure). For some doors, a hardwired smart lock is the right answer.
Almost always. We use long-reach tools and air wedges that don't touch the paint or the glass. Some newer vehicles with frameless windows or laminated side glass are harder; we'll tell you on dispatch whether we recommend a tow-and-key-cut instead.
Usually yes. Most residential safes (Group 2 mechanical-dial) can be manipulated open without damage in 30-90 minutes. We try manipulation first; drilling is a last resort and we tell you in advance if your specific safe is going to require it.
Yes - clinics, retail, multi-tenant office, warehouses. We rebuild master-key systems, service panic bars, replace high-security cylinders (Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Schlage Primus), and handle after-hours building lockouts. The Milwaukee Regional Medical Center corridor and Bayshore Town Center retail strip are regular accounts.
Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and ACH for commercial accounts on net-15 terms. We don't accept personal checks for emergency calls.
Yes. We dispatch every hour of every day, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's. After-hours premiums apply but we are reachable.
